Technical Trainer, From Neg To Neg per Year
The position is to teach Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) System Applications, and associated subjects. Training will be given but this is a challenging role for someone outwith this specialization. The position is primarily based in Aberdeen; however, periodic travel to countries within EARC is expected, as is Assist in the design and?some travel to other regions. Main responsibilities: Deliver technical training courses.?development of technical training courses. Confer with management to determine technical training needs of the? Assist the training?organization. Design, develop and update training aids. manager to plan and organize course schedules in accordance with available Test course participants to measure knowledge?resources and operational needs. Modify and improves courses based?transfer and the effectiveness of training. Handle special projects, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS?on feedback. Qualifications: Essential: Minimum ONC, or equivalent, in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Preferable: Technical Training / Presentation Skills Technical Development?Skills/Knowledge: & Excellent?Presentation Skills Computer skills - MS office?inter personal/communication skills are essential. Minimum 10 years experience?applications essential Work Experience: Essential: Minimum 3 years as a technical training?in an Engineering based industry Offshore Oil?instructor Preferable: & Electrical?Gas Industry Excellent?Submersible Pump Installation / Applications Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic person?interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and able to produce high standard?with positive attitude Willingness? Self Motivation, able to work with minimum supervision ?of work Flexibility? Willingness to learn ?to work within quality system & Creativity
