Help with Funletters Karen J asks: When I install a Funletter, it says two or sometimes more "files are extracted." What does this mean? Is it making any kind of changes to my mail program?

Answer: Each Funletter consists of two or three files: a jpg and/or gif (picture) and an htm. "Extract" means those files were copied to the correct folder so that you can use them in your Outlook Express. If you see the words "extracting to"... then it means you have properly installed the Funletter.

No changes are made to your system, or to your mail program when you install a Funletter or a Cloudeight stationery. The files are simply copied to the default folder for use as an email stationery choice.
