Come May 29th , 2003 there would be a Change of Government  from the Present Democratic Elected personal to the New Elected Government  personnel here in Nigeria and fortunately for me, I am one of the outgoing  Senator and happen to be re-elected again  in the Federal Senatorial District to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and I am the Head of Commitee on Petroleum Trust Fund presently.
 I have a transaction which I think will be of mutual benefit to both of us. In my desire for a foreign partner with whom to do this transaction, I stumbled on your contact from a business directory.

I  hereby solicit strongly  for your assistance, to enable  me transfer (FOREX) Funds which total US$15.500,000.00  (fifteen Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States
