My name is Samaul Swanson i am writeing the letter to ask for help on the tenth or decemder 2002 i was injured on the job and work mans comp is refuseing to help me i have ben off work since the accident and am currently reciveing state dissabilty but that is getting ready to run out due to the time i was off work and was liveing on only wifes income i am running 3 payments behinde on my car and 3 payments behind on my house they are  getting ready to forclose on house and reposese the care i am also running be hinde almost $1500.00 on my pg&e we have already filed bankeruptsy and we hocked my wifes wedding ring and sold the extra vechical to try and make up the payments from behind but to no evail i need help to keep these things due to wife and child my car is are only transpertaition for my wife to go back and forth to work and for my doctors appts i am currently in middle of law suit with workmans comp and i am haveing to pay my own doctors bills this is our last resort to be able to keep are home and car  sincerly yours    samual swanson
