compassionate heart and understanding that any action you take is

towards rendering humanitarian assistance to a man who is in distress 
with
his family. My name is BARRISTER  WILLIAMS SMITH, The Special 
Assisitant to Former President Charles Taylor of Liberia on legal matters. I was
