issue with kdc/connect.c

i wish to run a kdc on a host running a different process as a krb4 kdc.
the kdc is a solaris 2.6 machine, and the heimdal kdc was grabbing the
port away from the other process. i though perhaps the --no-kerberos4
option would help, but it did not.

there are 2 issues:
1: enable_v4 doesn't protect the lines:
        add_port_service(family, "kerberos-iv", 750, "udp");
        add_port_service(family, "kerberos-iv", 750, "tcp");

and also
2: kerberos or kerberos-sec might return port 750; in my case kerberos
does.
    add_port_service(family, "kerberos", 88, "udp");
    add_port_service(family, "kerberos", 88, "tcp");
    add_port_service(family, "kerberos-sec", 88, "udp");
    add_port_service(family, "kerberos-sec", 88, "tcp");

i'm open to ideas.
