Weak key detection (was Re: OpenSSL patch for Heimdal 0.3d)

Tangent:  Jeff Hutzelman just reminded me that he has found a problem with 
the weak key detection in kth-krb and heimdal.  I don't recall the details 
(and he didn't provide them along with the reminder...); he did discuss it 
with various MIT kerberos folks, though, so if you give a shout on MIT 
zephyr (-c sipb -i kerberos probably) they can at least check their zlogs.
