telnet problem

hello,

i've installed suse 7.3 with heimdal 0.4d as rpm included in the
distribution of suse
i've configured the kdc and it works. (kadmin, kinit kdestroy)

now i've installed the same software on a second maschine without running
the kdc-deamon.
kadmin,kinit,kdestroy works fine.

in both maschines i edited the /etc/inetd.conf and restard the inet-deamon
****
telnet stream tcp nowait root /usr/lib/heimdal/sbin/telnetd
telnetd -a user
***

telnet from the second maschine to kdc-server works, but from kdc-server to
the second doesn't.

here are the errormessages
****
