If the API for krb5_addr2sockaddr was changed in libkrb5, as appears to
be the case, then the major library number for libkrb5 should also be
changed (so that old applications that haven't been updated can continue
using the old library).

This is really important for OS like Debian, where there is nothing to
stop the user from upgrading libkrb5 by itself, and leaving kdc at the
old version. Users expect this to work, too.
