KTelnet (A Windows 9x/NT/ME/XP etc) client have KTH-KRB and Heimdal in
it.

The only porting activity really needed is the handling of the ticket
file if you want to take a later Heimdal package. In KTelnet I have put
the ticket file in a shared memory.
