Hi there

Hey folks,

I'm futzing with the debian packages to see if I can't get kadmind to
run from /etc/init.d/heimdal-kadmind rather than through inetd. The
docs say that it should not be run from init.d, plus it just wasnt
working for me. I should have a patch for bam here "real soon now."

I am also storing principal data in a local LDAP db. kadmind wants
there to exist a ldap:ou=KerberosPrincipals,dc=padl,dc=com.acl file
in /etc/heimdal-kdc/. I made it a symlink to the kadmind.acl file, and
it seems to work just fine. Is this normal and/or expected?

How are you doing?

Cheers,

C.J.
