You need to install mandriva if you want real testing. Otherwise, you
may get them from any mirror (such as
ftp://ftp.free.fr/mirrors/ftp.mandriva.com/Mandrakelinux/devel/cooker/i586/media/contrib/release)
, and try it on any other distribution, but result is unpredictable.
You should keep the list in CC, the maintainer (Buchan) is also subscribed.
