So, you want to know something about me? Or just look at all the junk I have on my webpages? The links are right there. You know how it works... Well, ok... Here's the basic bit and answers to the most frequently asked questions (but you'll have to figure out the questions by yourself!):

My name is Noora Peura. I was born in Finland in 1977, but we moved to Sweden in the same year. I grew up in Eskilstuna, Sweden. We moved to the Stockholm area in 1993.

I live in Tullinge outside Stockholm (Sweden) with my husband Ola. I have a MSc degree in computer science from KTH, Stockholm. In 2000 I started working at Appeal Virtual Machines AB as a developer of the JRockit JVM. Appeal was acquired by BEA Systems in 2002, and in 2008 BEA was acquired by Oracle. So now I work at Oracle, but still with the same old JVM. I also run my own buisness called Nooras Silvergrejs, selling beads and jewellery findings.

Now you'll have to figure out the rest by yourself by looking at my other webpages. I can't make this too easy, because then it wouldn't be any fun :-)
