My great grandmother was the first cousin to Raold Amundsen who was the
first man to reach the South Pole.  I am interested in finding more about
Roald's genealogy to show the link to my ancestor.  Any ideas?

I know that the Amundsens were from Oslo and that Roald's father was in
the shipping business.  I have just started researching my great
grandmother's lineage.
