0.1m and MacOS X Server

This pesky little os is seems to be lacking strptime (!). Might it 
be possible to put an implementation in roken or use something else
in kadmin/util.c which is the only place where it is used in heimdal.

Incidentally. Binaries have been moved to

	ftp://kerberos.tele.su.se/pub/kerberos/binaries

including rpms for i386 (alpha and sparc soon). All binaries were 
built with k4-, afs- and kaserver-support but without -g. The rpms 
replace ftp,rsh and telnet and you have to rpm -e those rpms pefore 
installing heimdal-clients.
