Yes, we have Heimdal clients for MS Windows 95/98/NT (i386). We used Cygnus 
tools for compiling - http://www.cygnus.com/cygwin/ .

Several clients (telnet,ftp,kinit) are available on our "Travelkit page"
http://www.ics.muni.cz/scb/travelkit/ - sorry, but it's only in Czech.
