The master is 0.2f.  It cared partially:  some flags caused it to fail, but 
the flags set in many of the principals didn't bother it.  The 0.3d slaves 
I hprop'd them to refused to allow those principals to be used to get TGTs, 
though.

I can't really check the flags any more, I don't think I saved a dump from 
before I whacked all the flag values and reloaded the master.
