libroken vs apr

Hello,

I just noticed a library --- Apache Portable Runtime (still alpha
AFAIK). This seems to do a similar role to libroken, but also supports
other operating systems (eg. Windows). I am not sure if it could ever
replace libroken, but thought it might be of some interest here
anyway.
