I guess it should, least we should read the config file
/Library/Preferences/edu.mit.Kerberos.

There are some ccapi calls that we don't support, like using a new ccapi
cache, setting default principal, etc.

I wonder when we will kill all separate credential cache commands like
kinit, kdestroy, kgetcred, copy_cred_cache etc an merge the to a k5cc
command and just provide shell script glue.
