Thanks for the response, I figured it out:

Had to do this:

chflags noschg /usr/bin/ksu 
chmod 4555 /usr/bin/ksu
chflags schg /usr/bin/ksu

Thanks again, I'm a big believer in Kerberos Heimdal, and hope to be a
contributor.
