This is the CPL subsystem in YXA. It is used by the appserver application to provide users with the possibility to manage their call routing almost ad infinitum.
It was written by Håkan Stenholm in 2004-2005 , sponsored by Sektionen för IT och media, Stockholm university. It contains an (almost) complete iCalendar implementation in Erlang. Hålan wrote a small paper about this subsystem which is available here.
