Event handler

The event handler subsystem is thought to be able to accomodate everyones different needs of event generation on typical 'call' events. My need was to log things to syslog, someone elses is most likely to generate CDR data.

The implementation is a standard OTP gen_event one, and what event handlers are initialized is controlled by the event_handler_handlers configuration parameter.

Event handlers

syslog: Log events to syslog through a C port driver (to use libc instead of sending UDP datagrams, since syslog daemon might not be configured for remote access).
