Password change on Windows and password check

Hello,

At some tests at Caspur it noticed that a password change from Windows
clients works with a MIT kdc but not with Heimdal. Isn't it possible to
have a look at the MIT code to see how they have implemented it? This
would be a nice feature in one of the next releases.

Another thing. Has anybody implemented a user defined password check
library. Cracklib is nice for the beginning but some other tests like
password reuse should be implemented.
